Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Legion Bot(s), an automated Telegram bot service provided by Legion. By accessing or using Legion Bot(s), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using Legion.

1. Confidentiality and Information Disclosure

Limited Disclosure: Legion Bot(s) is committed to disclosing only essential information, such as the Volume and Rank Estimates and instructions on its operation. We do not disclose sensitive information beyond what is necessary for client operations.

Estimation of Volume: The rank and volume estimates generated by Legion Bot(s), may vary depending on various factors, including the token's performance and market conditions. Better gains in token value typically result in higher generated volume and better ranking.

Usage Duration and Transactions: Legion Bot(s) will operate for a duration which is provided during estimatation as per the information provided by the user such as budget. During this time, it may conduct between 12-20 transactions per minute.

2. Referral Center and Referral Executives

Non-Disclosure Obligation: The Referral Center for Legion Bot and Referral Executives are also bound by non-disclosure obligations. They are required to maintain confidentiality and only disclose information as necessary for client usage.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment Methods: Legion Bot(s) services are purchasable using the Telegram bot interface. Payment is done on-chain using supported chains and checked through the Telegram bot.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Legion be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential changes of price arising out of or in any way connected with the use of Legion Bot.

4. Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer: Legion Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of Legion Bot due to market and client token volatility.

No Refunds: There are no refunds provided after the end of Legion Bot usage. Once the service duration has concluded, no refunds will be issued.

5. General Provisions

Modifications: Legion reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Dubai, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
